Working hours
Two days off fortnightly
Daily working hours, Factory 8:00~17:00, Overtime 17:30~20:30
Koach has a complete set of training program for new recruitments, creating a good environment for on site training, hoping to bring up people to become professionals with enthusiasm and innovative ideas. At the same time, through training programs at different stages of career to urge every staff for self-transcendence step by step and to become outstanding talent with both professional and management skills.

Training for college graduates
● All college management trainees are all arranging to the production floor for a period of 3 months to experience and understand the work floor operations
●Than one year of basic level operating training begins, to arrange trainees to participate in the basic level daily operations, thus to build a solid foundation for future management related abilities

Training for basic level employees
In order to allow new recruitments to understand and able to get into the job quickly, all jobs are equipped with Operation Instruction Books. A training syllabus will be created for every particular trainee, and the training program should be completed within 3 months.

Training for Professional job skills
In order to strengthen the professional skills for their own jobs, each job has a 3 year job related skills training plan to complete 5 professional trainings within 3 years.

Training of cadres
Arranging training program for staffs that are going to be promoted. Before promotion, arrange a training program to enhance their leadership ability and professional skills
